The following statements are given to protect iFlys Network, its affiliates, and you as a potential client. Please read carefully before signing the documents.

Statement of Service

This is a statement of service of iFlys Network. We are committed to providing you with the best hosting and e-marketing processes that we are aware of. We are determined to helping you make money and increase your communication with consumers of your products and/or services.

Termination of Service

If for any reason you choose to terminate service with iFlys Network prior to agreed terms of service please note that iFlys Network reserves the right to collect any fees that would have been incurred if service were completed as agreed upon in initial contract terms. This will be charged automatically to your credit card on file. Please keep in mind also who may own or have registered you domain name in this process. You may not own your domain.

Warranties, Disclaimers, and Limitations on Liability

There is no warranty with our service. Hosting is done on servers. Servers are not prefect machines and may go down at times. However, our hosting is unique and redundant in that we have virtually no downtime. As a disclaimer we notify you that all of our services are subject to change in policy and procedure of the United States Government and the Utah State Regulations as well. If for any reason we must modify our services because of government you will be notified and forced to comply as we will. IFLYS Network assumes no liability for your success as on online company. Our desire is to help you, however, we make no promises, guarantees, or anything of this nature as to the productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness of your products or services nor our products and services. If for any reason a product does not function at a general level, assumed revisions will be made to make the service expected come to pass. Web Servers are subject to failure. If for any reason your website is lost, damaged, erased, or broken IFLYS Network is not liable and assumes no legal responsibility.

Fees, Payments, Defaults

All payments are final. We offer no refunds of payments. Keep in mind that we will not refund payment for any reason. There will be a 20% late charge on all late payments.

Definitions

Late payments are defined as payments made more than 14 days after invoice date. Invoice date is defined as the day that invoice email was sent to customer by IFLYS Network.
